1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GalaxsUS website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by GalaxsUS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GalaxsUS is a marketplace that connects individuals and businesses seeking services ("Seekers") with independent, self-employed professionals who offer such services ("Professionals"). GalaxsUS does not itself provide the underlying services listed on the Platform, is not a party to any agreement between Seekers and Professionals, and does not employ Professionals. GalaxsUS acts solely as an intermediary facilitating discovery and communication between users. GalaxsUS does not process, handle, or facilitate any payments or financial transactions between Seekers and Professionals. All financial arrangements, including pricing and payment, are agreed upon and conducted directly between the users.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Verification

Professionals may be required to submit identity documents and proof of qualification as part of our verification process. While we take reasonable steps to verify submitted information, GalaxsUS does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any Professional's work, and verification does not constitute an endorsement or warranty by GalaxsUS.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide truthful information in your profile, listings, and communications
• Treat other users respectfully and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws relating to the services you offer or receive
• Bear sole responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of services performed off‑platform

6. Financial Arrangements

GalaxsUS does not charge any fees for its matching services and does not process any payments between users. Users are solely responsible for negotiating, exchanging, and settling any payments related to the services they provide or receive. GalaxsUS is not a party to any financial agreement between Seekers and Professionals and does not handle refunds, chargebacks, or disputes regarding financial transactions. Any such matters must be resolved directly between the involved users.

7. Ratings & Reviews

After a service is completed, Seekers and Professionals may rate and review one another. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain defamatory, abusive, or misleading content. GalaxsUS reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation
• Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading listings, reviews, or verification documents
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the GalaxsUS name, logo, design, and software, is owned by GalaxsUS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent. Content you submit (such as profile photos or reviews) remains yours, but you grant GalaxsUS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GalaxsUS does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service arranged through the Platform. Any service performed by a Professional is solely between the Seeker and the Professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaxsUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any service arranged through it. Since GalaxsUS does not handle financial transactions, we bear no liability regarding any financial losses or payment disputes between users.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GalaxsUS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, including by placing you on our blacklist, if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good‑faith negotiation, and failing resolution, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
